The problem.
HIS Capital Group runs a private lending fund and a partner-lender program called the MicroBanking Method. Through that program, hundreds of partner lenders across the country deploy capital using HIS's underwriting framework, training, and lender network.
Every one of those partner lenders had the same operational problem: they were running a real lending business out of email, spreadsheets, and a patchwork of marketing tools. The ones who tried to "go big" usually bought five separate subscriptions, hired a contractor to glue them together, and ended up with infrastructure that was worse than what they started with.
HIS needed a way to give every partner lender a production-grade operating stack — without becoming a software company in the process.
The thesis.
Lead Engine Labs and HIS Capital have worked together in lending and real estate for over a decade, with our partnership going deep into lender-specific systems for the last four years.
