Case Study · Productized SaaS

How a niche SaaS got built on RiseHub, top to bottom.

EZ Rate Sheet is a live SaaS for private real estate lenders — running entirely on the RiseHub stack. CRM, pipelines, AI workflows, billing, content, support — all of it on one platform.

The problem.

The private real estate lending market has a tooling problem. Lenders maintain rate sheets in Excel, send them by email, update them weekly, and lose deals every time a broker quotes off a stale version. The brokers, in turn, want a single place to compare programs across lenders, lock pricing, and submit packages.

Existing tools either targeted residential mortgage (wrong product, wrong workflow) or were built as one-off internal tools by individual lenders that nobody else could use.

There was no productized SaaS for the private lending segment — just spreadsheets and PDF emails.

The thesis.

Lead Engine Labs had been deploying marketing and sales tech for HIS Capital Group — a private lending fund with hundreds of partner lenders running through its MicroBanking Method. We knew the workflow cold. We knew the customer cold. And we already had RiseHub as the platform to build it on.

The bet: productize a rate sheet, lender directory, and pricing engine on top of RiseHub, with the full CRM, billing, and AI stack already wired in.

What we built on RiseHub.

EZ Rate Sheet is 100% RiseHub-powered. No separate CMS, no separate billing platform, no separate CRM, no separate help desk. Every part of the SaaS — from the marketing site to the in-product onboarding to the renewal emails — runs on the same stack.

AI workflows

RiseAgent handles trial-to-paid qualification, drafts onboarding emails in EZRS's voice, runs the chat widget on the marketing site, and triggers retention campaigns when usage drops. The Pro tier of EZRS itself uses RiseAgent for lender-to-broker matching.

The deployment compressed.

Most SaaS launches assemble a stack: marketing site on Webflow, billing on Stripe + Paddle, CRM on HubSpot or Salesforce, support on Intercom, email on Klaviyo, automation on Zapier, AI on a vendor or three. Each piece is a contract, an integration, and an ongoing dependency.

On RiseHub, all of that is one platform. Which meant:

  • No integration tax. Adding the renewal flow took an afternoon, not a sprint.
  • One source of truth. Trial signups, paid customers, support tickets, and ROI metrics live in the same CRM record.
  • AI gets context for free. RiseAgent already sees the customer journey end-to-end — no separate data pipeline.
Running EZRS on RiseHub is the difference between operating a SaaS and operating six SaaS subscriptions to run one SaaS.

The takeaway.

EZ Rate Sheet is the proof that RiseHub handles a real, niche, production SaaS workload — not just internal agency ops. The same platform that runs the EZRS business is what you'd be subscribing to, with the same tools, the same AI, and the same deployment patterns the LEL team has used 400+ times.

What's reusable

The exact stack pattern behind EZRS — productized SaaS marketing, trial-to-paid, AI-driven onboarding, retention workflows — is the deployment template the LEL team can stand up for any operator building a SaaS or a productized service on top of RiseHub.
