Verified Investor Fund is an investment fund that raises capital from accredited investors and deploys it across a portfolio of opportunities. Like most funds at its scale, its operations were spread across at least six different tools: a CRM for investor relationships, a separate mailing platform for monthly updates, a portal vendor for document distribution, a webinar tool for capital-call calls, a separate booking tool, and a spreadsheet that did not appear in any vendor's marketing copy but quietly held everything together.
