Two reasons. First, we're aggressive on platform pricing because we want operators to pick the platform on what it does, not on the price tag. Second, the usage component lets us avoid the "everyone pays the same as the biggest customer" trap most platforms fall into. Lower platform fee + pay-for-what-you-use is a fairer model.
What counts as "Usage" and how do I keep it predictable?
Usage is anything that has a real per-unit cost: SMS segments, voice minutes, RiseAgent tokens, email sends, and email validations. You set monthly caps and alert thresholds in your account, and you can see usage trending in real time on the dashboard. Most operators land in the same range every month once they're past onboarding.
Is RiseAgent really included at the Kickstart tier?
Yes. RiseAgent Workflow, Content, and Chat are all included from Kickstart up — you just pay token-based usage when the agent runs. RiseAgent Voice is included from Grow up. There's no "AI add-on" SKU we're upselling you to.
Do I need to hire someone to deploy this?
Not necessarily. Self-serve operators set up RiseHub the same way they'd set up any modern platform — mostly drag-and-drop, with templates as a starting point. If you want a faster setup, the LEL team offers full buildout services on top of any tier. That's a separate engagement, not a required upgrade.
What's the difference between RiseHub and Lead Engine Labs?
RiseHub is the platform. Lead Engine Labs is the agency that deploys it. Every LEL client engagement runs on RiseHub, but not every RiseHub subscriber needs LEL services. Subscribe to RiseHub if you want the software; talk to LEL if you also want the deployment, content, and ongoing strategy.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes prorate. Annual plans lock in the discounted rate for the year, with one mid-term tier change allowed.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required, at every tier. You get full platform access and a fair RiseAgent usage credit so you can actually try the AI, not just stare at the UI.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export contacts, deals, and content to standard formats (CSV, JSON, markdown) at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to come back, then permanently deleted on request or at the end of the retention period.
Do you offer custom pricing for high-volume operators?
Yes. Once you're past a certain monthly usage volume on Pro, we'll move you to custom pricing with lower per-unit rates. Contact us to discuss.
