Returns & Refunds Policy

At RiseHub.ai, we strive to provide exceptional value through our SaaS CRM platform, built on the popular GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. We understand that circumstances may change, and we’re committed to handling returns (in the form of refunds or cancellations) fairly and transparently. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and related processes. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

Note: As a SaaS (Software as a Service) provider, we do not offer physical product returns. All sales are digital and governed by this policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under consumer protection laws, such as any mandatory cooling-off periods or refund rights that may apply in your jurisdiction (e.g., the EU’s 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, subject to exceptions if the service has commenced with your consent). We recommend reviewing local consumer laws for more details.

1. Free Trial Period

  • Some of our subscriptions include a free trial period, while others do not. Details on whether a trial applies will be clearly stated during the signup process.
  • During any applicable free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Trials are limited to one per user/account to prevent abuse.

2. Refunds After Subscription

  • General Policy: We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on license/subscription payments. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date (no questions asked), subject to the conditions below.
  • Subscription Types:
    • Monthly Plans: Available from $47/month to $497/month. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no prorated refunds.
    • Annual Plans: Offer a discount equivalent to 2 free months when paid in advance (e.g., a $47/month plan costs $470 annually instead of $564). Early cancellations after the 30-day guarantee period do not qualify for partial refunds.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for billing errors or other verified issues within the 30-day window.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Custom development work.
    • Requests made after 30 days from the date of payment.
    • Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., misuse of the platform).
    • Add-ons, one-time fees, or any non-subscription items unless specified otherwise.
  • All refunds are processed at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable law.

3. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via our billing page at www.leadenginelabs.com/billing or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until then.
  • Upon cancellation, we do not automatically refund any prepaid amounts unless the request falls within the 30-day money-back guarantee.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit refund requests via email to support@leadenginelabs.com or support@risehub.ai, or manage your subscription through our billing page at www.leadenginelabs.com/billing.
  • Include your account details, reason for the request, and proof of purchase.
  • We aim to process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing fees (e.g., credit card transaction fees) may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the claim.
  • Unresolved disputes may result in permanent account termination.
  • We encourage contacting our support team before pursuing chargebacks to resolve issues amicably, in line with industry best practices for maintaining customer trust.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
